Translating entrepreneurial insights into a living and scalable brand experience

Coeus is a Manhattan-based media and education platform reshaping how the next generation engages with entrepreneurship. Through podcasts, newsletters, and social storytelling, they’ve built a space where ambition feels accessible—less textbook, more real talk.

With a growing audience of early-stage founders and Gen Z self-starters, Coeus approached CDA to help translate their momentum into a scalable brand system—one that could evolve with their content, reflect their creative voice, and align with a culture that values curiosity, clarity, and community.

Opportunity

A Prism for Possibility

Coeus needed to strike a delicate balance: being approachable and fun, while still delivering meaningful insight and education. For a generation that values authenticity over authority, that tension wasn’t a problem - it was the brief.

Our strategy was to position Coeus as a lens - one that amplifies diverse perspectives, sharpens entrepreneurial thinking, and makes the journey feel accessible without losing depth. The brand had to feel as dynamic and multifaceted as its audience, transforming curiosity into action and community into shared momentum.

LOGO DESIGN

The Coeus logo captures the spirit of modern entrepreneurship - confident, curious, and collaborative.


Named after the Greek Titan of Wisdom, Coeus carries a legacy of insight and intellect. In reimagining their logo, we drew from that origin - refining their original owl mark into a stronger, more intentional symbol of vision, clarity, and creative intelligence.

The updated logo brings structure to the brand’s bold ideas while preserving its accessibility. Intelligent yet approachable, the mark now serves as a visual anchor - designed to inspire trust, signal growth, and evolve alongside the community it represents.

CHALLENGES

Finding the right balance between mysticism and scientific elements

A key challenge in designing for HOROS was finding the right balance between mysticism and scientific elements, leveraging Eastern influences to create a unique identity. Additionally, it was crucial to craft a trustworthy and safe vibe, addressing the concerns of a public often facing personal anxieties.

VISUAL MOTIF

Visual system built to reflect and amplify

The visual language draws from the idea of the prism -transforming a single beam of insight into a spectrum of entrepreneurial possibilities. This became the foundation for a flexible graphic system that mirrors Coeus’s role in collecting diverse perspectives and amplifying them into action. 

Layered transparencies, shifting gradients, and modular layouts give the brand a sense of movement, reflecting the dynamic, ever-evolving nature of early-stage entrepreneurship.

We designed the Coeus website as a flexible digital system - built to support a diverse mix of content including podcasts, insights, and community-driven stories. Structured yet expressive, the site reflects Coeus’s dynamic mission and media-first strategy, serving as a central hub for learning, inspiration, and engagement.
